Vegetable Cheela

 Make Healthy Breakfast Vegetable Cheela (Besan Pancake)

Material:





  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (tomato, onion, carrot, capsicum)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • salt to taste
  • some green coriander if you want to add it is totally optional.

Method to prepared:
                        
Mix gram flour with water and make a thick batter.
Add vegetables, spices and green coriander to it.
Apply light oil on the pan and make thin cheela.
Serve it with curd or mint chutney.
